Replacement Policy
At Soni Gem and Jewellery, we value your satisfaction and take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you wish to replace a product, we are here to help. Please review our replacement policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Replacement:
Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels and certificates intact.
Customized or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Conditions for Replacement:
Jewellery that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted for replacement.
If you didn't like an item or something as such, there will be NO replacement made.
Items that have been engraved, resized, or modified in any way are ineligible for replacement unless the modification was done by Soni Gem and Jewellery.
3. How to Request a Replacement:
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support at +91 9674039625 within the specified time frame.
Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the replacement request.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping for Replacement:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
It is advised to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our replacement criteria.
After the inspection, we will process the replacement within 7-10 business days.
6. Exceptions:
Items purchased during special promotions or sales may not be eligible for replacement.
